For teachers and educators
The regulation gap sits in your classroom
Students are taught what stress is. Almost none are taught what to do with it in their bodies — and the gap shows up as behaviour long before it shows up as a conversation.
Guide certificationWhy schools are where this belongs
Young people are already in your room, five days a week, in the environment that produces most of the load.
Reflexomobility™ was built as a pedagogical framework, not a therapy protocol. It works with the Natural Shaking Reflex — a physiological response every student already has — and gives them a short, repeatable way to use it. No mats, no stillness, no disclosure of anything personal.
Fits an existing timetable
A few minutes at a transition point — after PE, before an exam, at the end of the day — rather than a new subject.
Nothing to disclose
Students don’t have to talk about what’s going on at home. The practice works on physiology, not disclosure.
It applies to staff too
Burnout prevention among teachers is part of why our pilot schools brought the practice in at all.
Tested in schools, not only in workshops
The framework was developed over five years of work with schools, PE teachers and youth programmes.
Our pilot developers are a school counsellor at a Slovenian gymnasium and boarding school, and a licensed marriage and family therapist working with adolescents and parents. Both are certified TRE Providers, and both shaped the classroom version of the method — including what to leave out.
What you need before teaching a group
Use the practice yourself right away. Teaching a class requires certification first.
Licensed educators who already have the right to teach children and teenagers can qualify as Reflexomobility Guides through the Continuing Education course. Completing it is required before running the practice with groups or integrating it into a school curriculum — the requirement exists to keep delivery trauma-informed.
